Job Summary We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join a respected medical malpractice defense litigation practice in Winter Park, FL. The Associate Attorney will support and manage medical malpractice defense matters through all phases of litigation, working closely with experienced attorneys, clients, experts, and court personnel. - Manage medical malpractice defense cases through all phases of litigation.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, memoranda, and other legal documents.
- Take and defend depositions, and participate in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Communicate professionally with clients, experts, opposing counsel, court personnel, and internal team members.
- Assist with trial preparation, case strategy, expert coordination, and trial support.
- Handle cases with increasing responsibility, sound judgment, and attention to client service. Compensation and Benefits
Compensation:
