Job Description
An established California Workers' Compensation Defense firm is seeking an Workers Compensation Associate Attorney Responsibilities Handle workers' compensation defense matters from inception through resolution Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and reports Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts Manage deadlines and maintain billing requirements Collaborate with attorneys in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Qualifications Active California Bar membership in good standing 1+ years of workers' compensation defense experience preferred Strong writing, research, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset Benefits Remote work flexibility available Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) and comprehensive benefits package Candidates near Calabasas, CA are preferred for initial onsite training before transitioning to remote flexibility. #INDW3
