Job Description

Responsibilities:
Legal writing and research Conduct and defend depositions Appear in Court for motion hearings Assist lead attorneys prepare and conduct trials Perform client intake interviews Successful applicants will be offered the opportunity to independently manage their own caseload with supervision.
Experience:
Previous experience as a law clerk or in a similar legal role is preferred Proficiency in conducting legal research using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence Unique opportunity to work for a growing litigation firm that represents Plaintiff's in Civil Rights, Employment, and Personal Injury matters. The successful applicant will be provided significant training, if necessary, and have the opportunity to shadow the lead attorney in depositions and court appearances. This position offers room for significant growth.

$90,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
