This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney looking to work on sophisticated real estate transactions within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience handling a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, development projects, and general transactional support. Exposure to complex deal structuring, title and survey review, and lender-side or borrower-side finance work is highly valued. This role offers significant client exposure, hands-on responsibility, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on high-profile regional and national matters.
