About Us Sheharyar Ali Law Group, P.C. is a growing litigation firm handling a diverse range of matters, including commercial litigation, civil rights defense litigation, municipal defense, and personal injury. We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team and grow alongside the firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain substantial courtroom experience, work directly with clients, and develop litigation skills in a supportive environment with significant room for advancement. Responsibilities Make court appearances in state and federal courts Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy Draft motions, pleadings, discovery demands, and legal memoranda Conduct legal research and analysis Participate in depositions, conferences, and hearings Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Assist with the day-to-day management of litigation files Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in New York 1-3 years of legal experience Strong legal research and writing skills Courtroom experience preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters and work independently What We Offer Competitive salary ($75,000-$100,000 based on experience) Hybrid work environment Excellent growth opportunities Direct mentorship and hands-on litigation experience Opportunity to earn a percentage on cases personally originated Supportive and collaborative work environment How to Apply Please submit your resume and writing sample to: info@salawpc.com
