Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney - Litigation A well-established Pacific Northwest law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its growing practice. This opportunity offers hands-on litigation experience, strong mentorship, and exposure to sophisticated business disputes in a collaborative and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation matters through various stages of the case process
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal research memoranda
• Assist with strategy development, client communication, and case management
• Work closely with attorneys on complex business and civil litigation matters
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and other litigation-related proceedings

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• Washington bar admission required
