Immediate Hire Salary:
$100,000•$125,000 + Strong Bonus Opportunities A fast-paced, mid-size law firm is actively seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 2-3 years of family law experience to join our growing team immediately. The ideal candidate is confident in both litigation and client consultations, thrives in a high-accountability environment, and is passionate about helping clients navigate complex family law matters with professionalism and strategy.
Responsibilities:
Conduct and close family law client consultations Manage family law cases from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances Communicate effectively with clients regarding case strategy and updates Collaborate with attorneys and support staff in a fast-paced legal environment Maintain accurate case management and documentation
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) Active State Bar license in good standing 2-3 years of family law experience required Litigation experience required Experience conducting and retaining consultations strongly preferred Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities efficiently
Compensation & Benefits:
