Position Summary The firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with at least two years of civil litigation experience. This role offers the opportunity to build a strong foundation in insurance and business litigation , with progression into legal malpractice and State Bar-related litigation over time. This position is open due to firm growth , not turnover. Key Responsibilities Manage and support all phases of civil litigation , from inception through resolution Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and dispositive filings Conduct written discovery and depositions Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation Work on insurance defense and complex business litigation matters Contribute to legal malpractice and professional liability litigation Gain exposure to State Bar defense and attorney discipline proceedings over time Assist with appellate briefing and legal research Provide strategic litigation analysis and client counseling Minimum Qualifications At least 2 years of civil litigation experience Active California Bar license in good standing Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple litigation matters effectively Willingness to work on-site initially in Roseville, CA Billable Requirement 1,800 annual billable hours Compensation & Benefits Salary:
