Associate Attorney

Maryland Bar Required - State (Required) and Federal Bar (Preferred); DC Bar a plus but not required. Law firm seeking an Attorney with at least two to five years' experience dealing with civil litigation, with a strong emphasis on common ownership communities. Experience with bankruptcy would be a plus, but not required. Successful candidates will have the following skills:

• A self-starter with a can-do attitude
• Ability to manage and prioritize deadlines
• Experience in representation of common ownership communities desired, but not required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Detail oriented and able to perform work with extreme accuracy
• Ability to solve problems with a focus on achieving results that benefit our business as well as the businesses and lives of our clients
• Litigation experience desired, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to immediately appear at Court appearances in the District Court of Maryland would be preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

Job Type:

Full-time - HYBRID - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (8-hour shift) - Monday to

Friday Salary:

Salary commensurate with experience.
