Immediate About the Position Our law firm is seeking a California-licensed attorney with at least 2 years of experience in immigration law, family law, or personal injury to join our Pico Rivera, CA office. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish , highly organized, and capable of handling matters across multiple practice areas. Responsibilities Handle cases in immigration, family law, or personal injury, including court appearances as needed Conduct thorough legal research and draft complex legal documents Prepare support letters, audit responses, motions, and appeals Resolve and troubleshoot complex legal issues across case types Organize, plan, and manage cases based on priority and deadlines Effectively use word processing tools and legal document databases Qualifications Active California State Bar License (required) Minimum of 2 years of legal experience in immigration law, family law, or personal injury Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Experience or interest in immigration law, family law, or personal injury Courtroom experience preferred Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Competitive salary 401(k) Two (2) weeks paid vacation per year Partial remote work flexibility
