Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw and other legal research tools to support case development. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions. Represent clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings as needed. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation cases and provide legal advice to clients. Support negotiation processes on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures and deadlines. Manage legal administrative tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations. Stay current on legal developments across multiple practice areas through continuous research and professional development. Requirements At least two years of civil litigation experience, with a solid track record in handling complex legal issues. Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California. Ability to consistently display professional conduct in an office environment. Ability to use a computer and navigate standard software Written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Analytical skills, with the ability to construct compelling legal arguments and strategies. Expertise in managing a diverse caseload, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering high-quality legal services. Commitment to professional development, continuous learning and service to the legal community Ability to litigate effectively and negotiate favorable outcomes for clients. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual caseloads. Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards in all legal practices.Benefits Offered:
