Note:

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Nevada and have at least 1 year of civil litigation experience on either the defense or plaintiff side. Additional California bar admission is a plus. Job Description Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution. Handle court appearances, discovery, written motions, and legal research. Conduct and defend depositions. Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and pretrial preparation. Communicate regularly with clients regarding case developments and strategy. Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and reports. Collaborate closely with partners and fellow attorneys on litigation strategy. Participate in trials and gain valuable courtroom experience. Maintain high standards of advocacy and client service. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active Nevada Bar license required. 1+ years of civil litigation experience on either the defense or plaintiff side. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to manage cases and deadlines effectively. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. California bar admission is a plus.
