The ideal candidate will have expertise in various legal areas and possess strong negotiation skills. Seeking a litigation attorney with 5 plus yrs of experience. This attorney will work on commercial litigation, Real Estate Litigation and Business litigation among others. Experience in 1 or more of the following practice areas would be ideal: commercial litigation, real estate litigation, insurance defense, product liability employment law, business litigation. The ideal attorney candidate will have the following: Proficient at handling a case from inception to resolution including preparation of pleadings, motion practice, taking depositions and trial work, handling mediations Experience in reviewing claims files, communicating with claims professionals and clients Self-starter; professional Works well both independently and in a collaborative environment Energetic, enthusiastic with a strong work ethic Steller research written and verbal communication skills are key Motivated, ambitious, and career oriented

Duties:
  • Handle complex litigation cases from inception to resolution
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Represent clients in court proceedings
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the state
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation
  • Strong knowledge of legal administrative procedures
  • Proficiency in Westlaw research and legal drafting
