We are a busy medical malpractice defense firm seeking an attorney with prior civil litigation experience a plus. Responsibilities will include research and preparation of briefs and motions, attending expert depositions, court appearances, drafting discovery, trial, etc. We are looking for a candidate with strong writing and organizational abilities. Prior medical malpractice would ideal. We offer a collegial, relaxed atmosphere. We are looking for someone to be full time but would consider part-time/hourly for the right candidate.
