Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney licensed in Missouri to join our growing Property Management company . The ideal candidate will handle a diverse caseload focused on landlord-tenant matters, real estate transactions, and employment-related disputes. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with clients, manage cases from inception through resolution, and contribute to the continued growth of the company. Key Responsibilities Manage residential and commercial eviction matters from filing through resolution. Represent the company and property owners in court hearings and related proceedings. Assist with property acquisitions, including contract review, due diligence, title review, and closing coordination. Draft, review, and negotiate real estate and legal documents. Handle employment-related matters, settlements, and small labor dispute resolutions. Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence. Advise on compliance with Missouri landlord-tenant, real estate, and employment laws. Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes efficiently. Maintain accurate case files and provide regular client updates. Qualifications Active Missouri Bar license in good standing. Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. Strong negotiation and client communication abilities. Courtroom experience preferred but not required. Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Required:
Active Missouri Bar License.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
