Associate Attorney- General Liability

Ideal experience:

3+ years defense litigation, preferably including defense of general liability matters (premises liability, personal injury, auto/trucking accidents and construction defect cases) Experience conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing motions, and assisting with trial preparation Experience attending mediations, arbitrations, and or trials is preferred, but not required Admitted in the State Bar of California Resides in CA and available to make in-court appearances as needed (North California or Southern California)
