Party Civil Litigation Bodily Injury Auto Negligence Commercial Trucking Bad Faith Insurance Lawsuits/Bad Faith Claims Position Description:

Experience will determine caseload and day-to-day workload. Entry level attorneys will be mentored while handling entry level tasks and case details. More senior attorneys will manage their own case load as experience and established skill sets permit. Litigation associates should expect be a part of many steps in the litigation process, such as reviewing, preparing, and approving pleadings, motions, participating in depositions and expert depositions. Appearance for oral arguments, pre-trial conferences, and trials will be necessary.

Hiring criteria:

JD from an accredited law school Admitted to practice law in Indiana (required) Admitted to practice law in Illinois (preferred) 3+ years of litigation experience

Compensation:

Salary & Generous year-end bonus (predicated on experience and performance)

Base Pay:
