Job Description
Full Time Associate Litigation Attorney:
We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and client-focused Associate Litigation Attorney with 2-4 years of litigation experience to join our team. The successful candidate will manage a high-volume caseload, advocate for clients in complex legal disputes, and collaborate effectively within a dynamic practice environment. Flexible work arrangements are available, including on-site and hybrid remote options for candidates residing in Washington State. Conduct detailed assessment and analysis of liability and damages in personal injury and employment law cases. Manage a high-volume litigation caseload from inception through resolution, including mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appeals. Take and defend depositions, including expert witnesses. Prepare and argue motions; appear in court on behalf of clients Negotiate settlements involving complex liability and damages issues. Mentor and provide guidance to paralegals, clerks, and junior attorneys. Maintain strong client relationships through consistent, transparent, and compassionate communication.Qualifications:
Active license to practice law in Washington State with no disciplinary record. 3-7 years of litigation experience; prior experience in personal injury and/or employment law preferred. Demonstrated success in depositions, trial preparation, case strategy, and dispute resolution Proficiency with legal case management systems and effective time management skills. Strong written and oral communication abilities, with the capacity to simplify complex legal concepts for clients. Advanced legal research and analytical skills with knowledge of Washington statutes and case law. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. Commitment to ethical practice and a compassionate, client-first mindset.
