Reporting to the lead attorney, you will utilize core skills in legal research, writing, and drafting to build strong cases. Your premium expertise in personal injury law, negotiation, and communication will enhance your ability to secure favorable outcomes for clients. Additionally, your proficiency with tools like Westlaw and Microsoft Office will support your organizational and administrative tasks, ensuring a streamlined legal process. Join our firm to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those you represent. Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw to support personal injury cases. Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision and clarity. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Organize case files and maintain accurate records in the law office. Negotiate settlements and represent clients in legal proceedings as necessary. Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Word for efficient communication and documentation.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Microsoft Word, Google Suite, Outlook, Adobe Pro, DocuSign, RingCentral, FileVine (not required but BIG plus) Requirements Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures related to personal injury cases. Proficiency in conducting legal research and utilizing legal research tools like Lexis-Nexis. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
