Our firm has proudly represented clients across Illinois for over 30 years, with a strong reputation in workers' compensation defense and related litigation matters. We are seeking attorneys to join our team and support our growing workers' compensation defense practice. Experience in additional practice areas is a plus, including labor & employment, corporate law, sports law, and real estate tax law. We are looking for attorneys with 1-3+ years of litigation experience. Prior workers' compensation experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $120,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.

Full-time position with eligibility for hybrid/remote work depending on experience level, case familiarity, and practice demands. Meaningful litigation experience, direct client exposure, autonomy in practice management, and manageable caseloads with support staff assistance. Supportive team culture with long-term growth opportunities Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Independent file, case, and client management Appearing before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission and other adjudicatory bodies as required for status, hearings, trials, or other proceedings Legal research, case strategy development, and analysis Drafting motions, preparing briefs, pleadings, or other litigation related documents. Travel is limited and generally required only for formal Court/IWCC appearances and necessary client engagement.Requirements:
Licensed attorney in good standing to practice law in the State of Illinois 1-3 years of litigation experience, preferred Workers' compensation experience, preferred Strong organizational, time-management, legal writing, research, and analytical skills Ability to work effectively and professionally with colleagues, clients, and opposing counselBenefits:
