Primary Responsibilities:

Autonomy and individual responsibility to support a number of functional business units across a variety of areas in the company Draft, review and negotiate agreements Support ongoing and new regulatory compliance programs and initiatives Support of the Company's recently announced Ohio natural gas utility acquisition Manage use of outside counsel, as necessary Provide general support as requested by

General Counsel Minimum Qualifications:

Juris Doctor Degree License to practice or ability to waive into practice in Pennsylvania (or preparing to sit for bar exam) Strong analytical, writing, and negotiation skills Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with a variety of business units and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
