Job Purpose We are currently looking for an Associate Counsel - Employment & Litigation for our corporate headquarters in Reading, PA. The position is presently a hybrid role with three days per week in our Reading, PA office (generally Tuesday through Thursday) with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday. The Associate Counsel - Employment & Litigation will be responsible for supporting the Chief Legal Officer and the Sr. Counsel, Litigation & HR with the internal legal affairs of the company in accordance with company policies and practices. This position will primarily be responsible for providing global legal guidance and counseling on human resource and employment matters as well as conducting and overseeing investigations from the legal side. The position will also assist with managing litigation and disputes as well as reviewing and drafting contracts while maintaining an exceptional level of professionalism. This position will report to the Sr. Counsel, Litigation & HR.
