seeks a litigator with more than 10 years' experience to handle a variety of commercial litigation matters including shareholder and contract disputes, class actions and business torts.The successful candidate will have:
- J.D. from accredited law school
- Admission to Pennsylvania bar
- Superior research (Westlaw) and writing skills
- Clerkship/law review preferred
- Experience in all phases of motions practice and discovery
- Participation in jury and non-jury trials, arbitrations and mediations (either as lead counsel or second chair)
- Appellate experience desirable but not required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and to interface directly and effectively with clients, colleagues and opposing counsel
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including
