We are seeking an attorney who is compassionate, hardworking, client-focused, flexible, and eager to grow in both pre-suit and litigation. The ideal candidate will have solid pre-litigation and litigation experience and be capable of independently managing a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or trial. This position requires independent judgment and a client-centered mindset. This role will primarily focus on litigated personal injury matters but will also involve assisting with pre-suit negotiations and case management as needed. Responsibilities may evolve based on the needs of the practice, so we are seeking someone adaptable and willing to jump in where needed. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from retention through resolution Evaluate liability, damages, and overall case value to maximize client recovery Prepare demand packages and negotiate settlements Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence Prepare and respond to written discovery Take and defend depositions, including parties, witnesses, and experts Draft and argue motions Attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances Closely communicate with clients, staff, providers, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters

• Provide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication Attend virtual and in-person team meetings Qualifications Active license to practice law in Georgia 1-3 years of plaintiff or defense personal injury litigation experience preferred Solid pre-litigation and litigation experience required Proven experience independently handling cases in suit Strong legal writing, negotiation, and motion practice skills Ability to effectively manage deadlines and multiple cases Organized, proactive, approachable, and team-oriented Strong leadership and case management skills Compassionate and personable, while still being confident and effective in advocacy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits Annual compensation range: $90,000•$130,000 based on experience Performance-based bonuses Hybrid work environment with required in-office hours Medical, dental, and vision insurance 10 days PTO (includes sick time) Additional paid days off for holidays such as Juneteenth, Good Friday, and employee birthdays CLE reimbursement Professional development and growth opportunities Supportive, family-oriented culture Mentorship and hands-on litigation experience Opportunity for long-term growth within the firm What We Believe We believe in fighting hard to obtain the best possible recovery for our clients while also holding their hands through the process and making them feel valued and seen.
