What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a licensed attorney with active admission to the Washington State Bar and one to three years of experience in personal injury law. Candidates should be organized and comfortable using Microsoft Office and be adaptable to our case management software. Strong advocacy, communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a proactive, client-focused approach. Your Role and Responsibilities The Associate Attorney will manage all pre-litigation work from case inception to resolution, including drafting of pre-litigation documents, reviewing demand packages, and overseeing settlement negotiations. The role involves maintaining consistent and effective communication with clients and insurance adjusters to move cases forward. Additionally, the Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing a team of up to three paralegals, to include mentoring and supporting paralegals to improve team efficiency and performance. Position Details This is a full-time position with total compensation ranging from $100,000 to $200,000 or more, depending on performance and bonus earnings. The schedule is Monday through Friday.
