Associate Personal Injury Attorney

Job Summary:

We are a boutique personal injury law firm seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 1-2 years of litigation experience to join our growing practice. Experience on either the plaintiff or defense side is welcome. This position offers hands-on litigation experience, direct mentorship, and long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities:

Communicate directly with clients and provide case updates Attend and appear at court hearings Draft, file, and respond to motions Draft and respond to Motions for Summary Judgment (MSJs) Take and defend depositions Assist with case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation Manage assigned personal injury matters with increasing independence

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the state bar is required. 1-2 years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred) Experience handling hearings and depositions Strong legal writing and motion practice skills Comfortable with client-facing communication Active license and good standing with the state bar Ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases

Compensation & Benefits:
