Insurance Defense Position Overview:

Anselmi Mierzejewski Ruth & Sowle, PC is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney specializing in Insurance Defense. The ideal candidate will have experience in Michigan PIP, No-Fault, and premises liability cases. This role offers the opportunity to join a premier insurance defense firm with a reputation for excellence and a commitment to cost-effective strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Michigan PIP, No-Fault, and premises liability cases. Provide strong advocacy and defense for insurance clients. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and manage discovery. Represent clients in court, mediations, and depositions. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.

Qualifications:

JD from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice in Michigan. Experience in insurance defense, particularly in PIP, No-Fault, and premises liability. (0-5 years) Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently.
