Hladik, Onorato & Federman, LLP is a multi-state law firm headquartered in North Wales, Pennsylvania, with offices in Arizona, New Jersey, and Michigan. We provide comprehensive legal services to lenders, mortgage servicers, financial institutions, and business clients, with a strong focus on default servicing and real estate matters. Job Summary Hladik, Onorato & Federman, LLP is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pennsylvania Attorney to join our Default Servicing practice group. The ideal candidate will manage residential and commercial foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, and related creditor rights matters throughout Pennsylvania. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment representing mortgage lenders and servicers in all stages of the default process. Key Responsibilities Manage contested and uncontested mortgage foreclosure matters throughout Pennsylvania Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, judgments, and related legal documents Handle bankruptcy matters, including Motions for Relief from Stay, objections, Proofs of Claim, and related proceedings Manage post-judgment proceedings, sheriff's sales, and eviction matters Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences as required Provide legal analysis and guidance regarding default servicing and creditor rights matters Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania court rules, statutory requirements, and applicable federal regulations Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal staff Review title reports, loan documentation, and servicing records Maintain accurate case management records and meet all client and court deadlines Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania 2+ years of experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, creditor rights, or default servicing preferred Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania foreclosure procedures and bankruptcy practice Excellent legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently and independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems Preferred Qualifications Experience representing mortgage lenders or servicers Familiarity with investor and insurer guidelines, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA Experience with Pennsylvania state and federal court e-filing systems Strong negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
