This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of legal disciplines, providing essential counsel and support to our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in multiple areas of law, demonstrate excellent research and writing skills, and be eager to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This paid position is perfect for an attorney committed to delivering high-quality legal services while embracing a proactive, energetic approach. Duties Familiar with all aspects of personal injury law. Familiar with aspects of civil law in the area of defemation. Conduct thorough legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and legal opinions. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents across various practice areas including securities law, immigration law, and tribal law & regulations. Assist with litigation preparation by gathering evidence, drafting pleadings, and supporting courtroom proceedings. Support environmental law initiatives by reviewing regulations and advising on compliance matters. Manage legal administrative tasks such as maintaining case files, updating records, and preparing reports. Collaborate with external counsel on complex cases involving patent law, workers' compensation law, or personal injury claims. Utilize legal research tools effectively to ensure accurate and current legal advice is provided. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in. Proven experience in law office settings with familiarity in diverse practice areas listed above. Strong research skills using LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms. Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, precise legal documents. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of legal drafting standards and procedures across various legal fields including estate planning, environmental law, family law, securities law, and more. Experience in negotiation tactics and client counseling is highly desirable. Legal administrative experience that supports efficient case management practices.
