Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients via email, telephone conference, or in person to answer questions and provide legal advice Draft, review, and sign Pleadings and correspondence Research case law and draft Memos Prepare Marital Balance Sheet (MBS) for each case Manage cases and ensure deadlines are met Prepare files for Mediation or Trial Advocate for client at Mediation and/or
