We're looking for a Probate Litigation Attorney to join our growing team in Savannah. Our litigation practice is growing fast, and the attorney who joins us now will help shape what comes next. What you'll do You'll own a real docket — contested estates, will challenges, fiduciary disputes — the kind of work that puts you in front of judges and on your feet in court. Litigate contested probate matters — will caveats, year's support disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, accounting actions, undue influence and capacity challenges Represent executors, administrators, trustees, and beneficiaries in Georgia probate courts Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery; take and defend depositions; argue hearings and try cases Run your own caseload with support from experienced paralegals who actually have your back Walk clients through some of the hardest moments of their lives with empathy and clarity What we're hoping you'll bring A JD from an accredited law school and active Georgia bar membership in good standing (South Carolina admission a plus!)
