Responsibilities:

The core responsibilities of the position include: Providing legal advice to clients. Associates should expect to litigate in courthouses 2-5 times a week. Upon returning from the courthouse, associates should expect to create notices to defendants, communicate matters with clients, and produce documents for closings. Associates will report to the Managing Partner with questions, concerns, and other matters to create an efficient workflow. This position will require driving to court at times and then working from home for the remainder of the day. The remainder of the days are fully remote work.

Requirements Qualifications:

1. Licensed to practice law in CT 2. In good standing with the CT Bar Committee 3. No experience in property law required (experience is appreciated) 4. Technologically proficient Associates should also have good communication skills, are able to problem solve quickly and embrace a team atmosphere.

Salary and Benefits:

Starting salary, $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 with opportunities for bonuses depending on performance.
