Attorney

Established law firm practicing estate planning, trusts, and probate administration, with emphasis on litigation in these fields. Seeking attorney with experience in litigation and/or civil procedure, and interest in practicing estates and trust law. Will consider those who are sitting for the bar, awaiting bar results, or waiting to be sworn in. Salary will vary with experience of candidate. Will also consider remote work (with preference given to in-person). Job duties will include research, discovery, motion practice, attending depositions and court hearings, including trial preparation and trials. Candidate will have opportunity work independently and be responsible for a variety of legal writing projects. Ideal candidate will enjoy working from inception to conclusion on interesting cases, including strategizing on will and trust contests, elder abuse, and conservatorships.
