Construction Full Job Description Litigation Associates & Trial Attorneys Location:

Orange County, CA (Hybrid or remote)

Compensation:

$110,000 - $200,000 A prominent and growing law firm in Orange County is expanding across multiple practice areas and is seeking talented Associates and experienced Trial Attorneys to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to deepen their expertise, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a collaborative and well-respected platform. Current Hiring Needs The firm is actively seeking attorneys with experience in the following areas:

Employment Law:

Associates with 2-3+ years of experience who are interested in continuing to build their practice in employment matters

Insurance Coverage:

Associates with experience in coverage analysis and related litigation Medical Negligence /

Elder Abuse:

Associates with 2-3+ years of civil litigation experience in these areas

General Civil Litigation:

Junior Associates (1-3 years of experience) Mid-Level Associates (4-7 years of experience)

Construction & Design:

Associates with 1-3 years of experience in construction, design professional, or construction defect matters

Specialized Litigation:

Associates with experience in trucking litigation or financial/consumer litigation Trial Attorney Opportunity The firm is also seeking experienced Trial Attorneys with significant first-chair trial experience. These roles are uniquely structured to allow attorneys to focus exclusively on trial work, without the demands of managing a full caseload.
