Chapman Law Firm, PC, a well‑established litigation practice in Williston, North Dakota, invites applications for one or two attorney positions to support the firm's expanding caseload. Our practice is devoted primarily to criminal defense, personal injury, and civil litigation, and we seek candidates who demonstrate strong trial advocacy skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to high‑quality legal representation. The firm offers a flexible schedule to accommodate personal responsibilities such as school drop-offs, sports, and other family needs. Typical working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, highly competitive compensation, top‑tier benefits, and BC/BS premium health insurance. Equity/ownership opportunities may be available after one year of successful employment. Duties:

Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements Assist with case management and preparation for hearings and trials Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal matters Attend court proceedings and provide support to senior attorneys Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice area

Requirements:
