This is a strong opportunity to get hands-on experience with insurance defense and general liability work while working alongside partners who are genuinely supportive and available. What you'll be doing: Handling cases from start to finish Drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery Taking depositions and attending court, mediations, and arbitrations What they're looking for: JD + admission to the Pennsylvania Bar Around 1+ year of litigation experience Someone organized and comfortable managing their own caseload
