Job Summary:

We are seeking a business attorney with 2-4 years of experience to contribute to our busy transactional team in our Schaumburg office. This role requires strong legal research and writing abilities and good communication skills. The Attorney will be responsible for negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, conducting diligence, and researching a variety of legal issues affecting businesses. After onboarding and training, the firm offers some hybrid flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities:

Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing a variety of contracts and agreements with precision and clarity Managing diligence requests and responses Researching issues related to business transactions, including M&A, tax, real property and employment law matters Collaborate with other team members and legal professionals on larger transactions to provide excellent representation

Requirements:
