Job Description

Established 25+ Years Premier Firm Seeking Attorney for Plaintiff Employment Litigation in Beverly Hills, CAAn established plaintiff-side firm with over 25 years in practice is seeking an Attorney with 5+ years of experience handling wrongful termination and employment law matters to join their team in Beverly Hills, CA on a hybrid basis with three days onsite per week. This is an opportunity to litigate high-impact employment cases on behalf of employees against major corporations, with meaningful case responsibility from day one.

OfferBase salary range: $150,000-$200,000+, contingent on experiencePerformance-based bonus structureMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time off and paid holidaysHybrid work arrangement with three days onsiteQualifications5+ years of experience in plaintiff-side employment litigationStrong background handling wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and related employment claimsJuris Doctor from an accredited law schoolActive member in good standing of the CA State BarExperience with depositions, discovery, law and motion practice, and mediationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to independently manage a caseload in a fast-paced litigation environmentResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of wrongful termination and employment matters from intake through resolutionDraft pleadings, discovery, motions, and demand lettersTake and defend depositions and appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedingsDevelop case strategy and advise clients throughout the litigation processCollaborate with paralegals and support staff to advance cases efficientlyNegotiate settlements and prepare matters for trial as needed
