Job Description

The Monson Law Firm, with offices in Texas, Louisiana and Florida, is growing! We are looking for an attorney with first and third party insurance defense experience to join our Coconut Creek, FL team to defend first-party property and third-party liability claims and litigation. We provide a positive work-life balance and have a great group of people to work with in an energetic atmosphere. This job can be hybrid/remote for the right candidate with experience defending homeowners insurance defense litigation. Ideal Candidates will have the following
Credentials:
Excellent academic credentials (top 25% of class rank) Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills Experience conducting depositions and inspections, appearing in court and arguing motions, and assisting in mediation and trial Qualified candidates should submit their resumé, cover letter detailing litigation experience, transcript, writing sample, and references to Resume@MonsonFirm.com.
