Overview:

Nicolini, Paradise, Ferretti & Sabella, PLLC, an established Long Island insurance defense firm, seeks an experienced trial attorney to handle automotive liability accident defense matters in New York City and on Long Island. The position is for a seasoned Senior Trial Attorney. Do not apply unless you have a track record of jury trials and verdicts. In addition to noted salary there can be a significant performance bonus. Responsibilities:

The candidate will have experience in managing a caseload from inception to trial, conducting depositions, meeting and working with clients, meeting with expert witnesses, drafting motions, discovery demands and responses, drafting pleadings, mediations and/or arbitrations, trial preparation and handling all aspects of a case up to and including trial.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7+ years experience in the defense of personal injury automotive litigated matters. NY Bar admission required. Experience working on litigation matters in State court. Federal Court a plus. Ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial. Must have trial experience with a proven track record.
