• Clear path to Managing Attorney and leadership opportunities Your Impact in This Role As an Immigration Attorney, you'll play a key role in advocating for clients and guiding them through complex immigration processes.

You'll manage cases from start to finish while mentoring support staff and ensuring high-quality legal work. Key Responsibilities Client Advocacy & Case Management Represent clients in EOIR court (Master & Merits Hearings) Conduct consultations and prepare clients for interviews Draft motions, briefs, and other legal filings Communicate with government agencies and stakeholders Leadership & Legal Oversight Supervise and mentor paralegals and legal assistants Oversee case preparation and ensure timely filings Maintain organized, compliant, and confidential case records

What We're Looking For Core Skills:

✔ Strong legal writing and courtroom advocacy ✔ Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases independently ✔ Leadership mindset with team-oriented approach

Qualifications:
