Responsibilities:
Representing clients in Social Security disability claims before government agencies, administrative judges, and federal courts. Provide legal advice and counsel to clients throughout the application and appeals process. Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and other filings. Communicate with clients, case workers, and experts to build strong cases. Manage your own caseload while working collaboratively with other attorneys and administrative team members.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in Ohio (or in the process of completing admission). Passion for helping others, particularly those with disabilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. No prior legal experience is required
