30+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Real Estate, Title Review, and Nonjudicial Foreclosure in Georgia (Fully Remote) An established firm based in Georgia with over 30+ years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join their team in a hybrid or remote capacity based on experience level and geographic location. This Associate Attorney will focus on title review, title curative work, and nonjudicial foreclosure matters, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws while coordinating closely with staff, clients, insurers, and other attorneys. Initial and periodic in-person training may be required for remote arrangements. Offer Salary range: $90,000
  • 125,000+ contingent on experience Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with firm contribution Paid time off and paid holidays Continuing legal education and bar-related support Technology and systems support for remote or hybrid work Qualifications Active and good standing membership with the Georgia State Bar Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Minimum of two years of real estate law experience with substantial title review and title curative responsibilities Experience with nonjudicial foreclosure processes and related documentation Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws applicable to real estate and foreclosure matters Familiarity with Georgia Title Standards preferred Licensure in Alabama, Texas, or Mississippi in addition to Georgia strongly preferred High level proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based legal research tools Familiarity with case management and document management systems Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Responsibilities Review title examinations, identify title issues, and provide comprehensive curative recommendations to clients Cure simple and complex title issues in a timely and accurate manner Review pleadings, loan documents, and foreclosure documents to identify legal, compliance, and file-level issues Evaluate nonjudicial foreclosure documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance Prepare, review, and edit reports, legal opinions, correspondence, and foreclosure-related documentation Communicate regularly and professionally with insurers, vendors, clients, and outside parties Independently manage and advance an assigned caseload while meeting deadlines and service standards For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
