Attorney/Lawyer

Description Hybrid & Remote attorney opportunity with a firm based in west Los Angeles!!! An exciting, growing law firm specializing in legal malpractice and commercial litigation is seeking an associate attorney for its expanding team. The firm handles interesting litigation, is very hybrid/remote flex, and has low billables - 1650!! The firm is based on the west side with a hybrid work schedule. Experienced attorneys can negotiate remote immediately.

Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

This person will work on FINRA litigation. Discovery, including depositions. Law and motion. Court appearances. Pleadings. Communicating with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel.

Compensation, Benefits, Other Perks:

Salary from $170,000 to $190,000 Several ways to bonus! Annual bonuses tied to performance, which includes hours billed, quality of performance, success; annual holiday bonuses; and period performance bonuses. Medical is covered 100% for the employee and immediate family. Dental and vision plans covered. 401k + safe harbor 3.5% contribution. Paid parking. Requirements

• Active license to practice law in California.
• At least 5 years of experience handling civil litigation matters, must have strong FINRA litigation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other substantive legal documents.
• Hands-on experience managing discovery and participating in depositions.
• Background in complex business, commercial, or other high-exposure litigation matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and legal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid or fully remote arrangement while maintaining consistent performance.
