Attorney/Medical Evidence Focus

The ideal candidate will have understanding or interest in medical evidence, excellent communication skills, concise writing, interest in litigation, attention to detail and a professional team approach. Our collaborative law firm offers exciting opportunities for professional development and helping clients for an Attorney interested in legal and medical issues and advocacy. This is an entry level position, and recent law school graduates, candidates with 0-5 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Let your talent shine in many aspects of practice, such as drafting legal advocacy documents including motions, protests, petitions, briefs and discovery as well as oral advocacy and litigating cases from start to finish. The ideal candidate will enjoy writing, oral advocacy, litigating Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals cases, having strong business relationships with clients, and working collaboratively towards firm success. Workers' Compensation, WISHA or Employment Law experience is desired, as these are firm practice areas, but not required. Our primary practice area is Workers' Compensation defense, so most legal representation is focused providing legal representation to Employers, Self Insured Employers and Retro Groups.
