Bankruptcy Staff Attorney (Creditors Rights Litigation)

Sheppard is seeking a non-partnership-track, staff attorney with 10+ years of bankruptcy and litigation experience. We are excited to offer a unique opportunity within our Bankruptcy Litigation practice in the Orange County office for a full or part-time Bankruptcy Litigation Attorney. This role is tailored for experienced attorneys seeking to balance a fulfilling career with personal commitments, offering a flexible, reduced-hours work schedule. In line with our modern approach to work, we are open to this position being primarily remote, with the preference that the candidate resides in California to facilitate timely collaboration as needed. Expertise Areas:

The successful candidate will have substantial experience in: Bankruptcy Litigation, including creditors' rights matters. Representation of lending institutions, equity groups, financial services corporations, equipment lessors, landlords, and real estate developers. Familiarity with both conventional and non-conventional finance relationships. ​
