Job Description

Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) Paradise Valley, AZ | $130,000-$155,000 Base + Bonus Why This Role is for You This is an opportunity to join a highly respected fiduciary organization where your technical trust expertise and client relationship skills will be highly valued. This role is ideal for a CTFA professional who enjoys working directly with high-net-worth families, advisors, attorneys, and beneficiaries in a collaborative, white-glove environment. What You'll Be Doing Administer complex trust and estate relationships from onboarding through ongoing administration Interpret trust documents, wills, fiduciary agreements, and estate plans Coordinate with attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, and beneficiaries Oversee fiduciary distributions, account reviews, and risk management processes Assist with estate settlement matters, probate coordination, and tax-related administration Ensure compliance with fiduciary regulations and internal standards Deliver a high-touch client experience during sensitive and complex situations What We're Looking For CTFA designation strongly preferred 8+ years of trust and fiduciary administration experience Strong understanding of fiduciary principles, estate administration, and trust operations Experience working with
HNW/UHNW
