Desired Background:
2+ years of litigation experience in California Experience in the following practice areas is preferred but not required; casualty defense work, personal injury, product liability, construction defect, professional liability matters, medical malpractice, insurance defense, insurance coverage litigation, general civil and commercial litigation Strong legal writing skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment An optimistic outlook that thrives in a dynamic work setting Licensed to practice law in the state of
California Environment:
