! 🚨 Civil Litigation Attorney- Asheville, NC (Hybrid | Partner Track) 🚨 A growing and well-respected law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join its Asheville office .
What You'll Do:
- Manage and defend civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Handle depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Collaborate on case strategy across a variety of complex matters
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic legal guidance 🔍
What We're Looking For:
- NC-licensed attorney with 5+ years of civil litigation experience
- Proven experience defending civil litigation claims
- Strong background in one or more of the following:
- Construction litigation
- Trucking & transportation
- Products liability
- Professional liability
- Motor vehicle negligence
- Premises liability
- Commercial litigation
- Demonstrated success handling cases through trial and arbitration
- Ability to manage a busy caseload with confidence and independence 🌄
