  • Asheville, NC (Hybrid | Partner Track) 🚨 A growing and well-respected law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join its Asheville office .
This is a partner-track opportunity (with or without a book of business) β€”ideal for an experienced litigator looking to take the next step in their career while enjoying flexibility and high-level case work. βš–οΈ
What You'll Do:
  • Manage and defend civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Handle depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Collaborate on case strategy across a variety of complex matters
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic legal guidance πŸ”
What We're Looking For:
  • NC-licensed attorney with 5+ years of civil litigation experience
  • Proven experience defending civil litigation claims
  • Strong background in one or more of the following:
  • Construction litigation
  • Trucking & transportation
  • Products liability
  • Professional liability
  • Motor vehicle negligence
  • Premises liability
  • Commercial litigation
  • Demonstrated success handling cases through trial and arbitration
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload with confidence and independence πŸŒ„
