In addition to private, self-insured clients and carriers, the firm has a Public Agencies Division that was formed to address the unique needs of cities, counties, and school districts in California.

About the role:

Prominent law firm is seeking an experienced Defense Attorney with a background in Civil Litigation/Insurance Defense/Subrogation. In addition to the requisite experience, the ideal candidate will handle appearances and assignments with minimal or no supervision.

What you will do:

Manage cases of general liability and bodily injury. Required to be proficient in handling civil cases through trial. Take depositions, oral argument, and hearing attendance. Negotiate settlements and report to the clients.

Education and Experience:

At least 2 years of experience handling Civil Litigation/Insurance Defense cases
